Yasmine Wasfy has a long and proven track record in fashion and has been sewing and making her own clothing since the age of 13. In 1998, at the age of 18, she was voted Montreal's most fashionable person thanks to her unique style. After graduating in 2001 from Lasalle College, Montréal’s fashion school, where she specialized in costume design, Yasmine Wasfy, Lustre’s designer, landed a job in the costume department of Disney World. In 2006, she launched her label, Lustre by Yasmine and opened her own boutique-atelier on St-Laurent Boulevard.

Yasmine’s clothes are designed for the chic, confident and romantic woman. Her collections are a modern take on vintage style. Every piece is reminiscent of a certain era or a blend of different decades. An eternal lover of patterns, Yasmine uses vintage fabrics for her retail collection and luxurious European fabrics for her wholesale line. From lovely dresses to girly skirts, the entire collection embodies prettiness with a touch of rebellion and rock ‘n’ roll. Not only does she design and produce her collections inhouse but she also sells a dreamy hand-picked selection of accessories including locally made jewelry, vintage shoes and so much more! Lustre has been featured in major publications such as Lucky, Loulou, Flare, Fashion, Clin D’oeil Filles, Nightlife.
Lustre collections are all designed and produced in Montréal, Canada. Lustre by Yasmine is now available in pretty boutiques throughout Canada.
